INTERNAL RULES OF HOTEL SAN PIETRO

Thank you for choosing our hotel. We warmly welcome you and kindly ask you to carefully read the regulations and rules of conduct that each guest must comply with to avoid disturbing or causing harm to others and the environment. Failure to comply with one or more points of this regulation and the rules contained therein may lead to the termination of the contract with the resulting economic and legal consequences.

OUR STAFF IS AT THE COMPLETE DISPOSAL OF GUESTS FOR ANY NEED, TO MAKE YOUR STAY AS PLEASANT AS POSSIBLE.

  1. GENERAL INDICATIONS:

a. The Regulations of the "Hotel San Pietro" accommodation facility are established to guarantee a uniform, orderly, peaceful, and serene use of the same for all. It has a contractual nature between "Hotel San Pietro" and the Guest, and therefore the request to stay at the Hotel and the acceptance of such a request by "Hotel San Pietro" implies the total acceptance of these Regulations.

b. All guests are required to comply with the Internal Regulations of the Accommodation Facility, which can be consulted at the hotel reception. Non-compliance with the Regulations and further provisions of the Management may result in the removal of the offender from the Facility and the reporting of the matter to all national and international tourism organizations, as well as to the Public Authorities in case the non-compliance could potentially indicate the commission of a crime.

c. All specific indications reported on signs placed on the Hotel property and/or belonging to it must also be respected. Parents (or those legally exercising parental authority) are jointly responsible for the acts committed by their minor children inside the Hotel and are required to supervise them and ensure that they maintain a polite and respectful behavior towards others, under their direct responsibility, and, in particular, regarding the obligation to respect silence and the correct use of the bathrooms, which cannot be considered as places for play or gatherings, as well as the equipment made available to Guests by the Facility. Any activity that may disturb other Guests is prohibited. In general, all rules of this contractual regulation must be respected.

d. The behavior of both adults and minors is contractually relevant, and therefore, any violation of the rules of this regulation and common rules of civil coexistence and good functioning of the hotel will result in, according to the judgment contractually assigned to the Management, the immediate termination of the contract and the removal from the hotel. In this case, the Hotel Management is entitled to withhold the amounts already paid and demand the remaining amounts, including compensation for damages, subject to the right to compensation for the greater damage found.

e. The staff appointed by the Management is required to enforce the Regulations towards anyone. Each customer, upon accepting hospitality in the hotel, also contractually agrees to submit to the authority of said staff, which is in any case obliged to always respect the laws of the Italian Republic and the principles commonly accepted by our culture of courtesy and good manners. According to the hotel's policy, all guests are entitled to respectful and dignified treatment, and as responsible hosting facilities, we have an obligation to protect guests from inappropriate behavior. If a guest's actions are deemed inappropriate by a staff member, or if inappropriate behavior is reported, the hotel reserves the right to take action against the guest, after verifying such a situation. Depending on the severity of the guests' actions, the hotel may, at its discretion, request the intervention of law enforcement or remove guests from the premises.

f. The Management reserves the right to modify this Regulation at any time, which will be available at the hotel reception and published on the website www.hotelsanpietrobeach.com.

  1. PERSONAL DATA:

a. Upon arrival, customers will be asked to provide a form of identification for the purpose of notifying the competent police authorities of their presence.

b. Pursuant to Art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003, all personal data of our customers will be processed both electronically and manually, for the purpose of fulfilling tax and legal obligations (issuing invoices, recording data, etc.) and providing the requested service, as well as keeping our guests informed of future promotions and offers.

  1. BOOKING:

a. For information, please contact the hotel reception and management by phone, email, or in person.

b. Bookings can be made by sending a written request to the email address info@hotelsanpietrobeach.com or by phone.

c. The booking request must include the number and type of rooms required, name, surname, arrival date, departure date, number of adults and children, children's ages (in order to provide tailored quotes for different needs), telephone number, and email for communications. Please also indicate your estimated arrival time.

d. As confirmation of the booking, unless otherwise specified, the hotel requires the credit card details of the booker as a booking guarantee, which will be verified by the hotel with a pre-authorization of an amount equal to the total of the entire stay.

e. The booking is also considered valid with a previously agreed deposit (bank transfer or cash), provided that it specifies the period and duration of the accommodation, the sender's address and telephone number, the arrangement (type of board) and accommodation (single, double, triple room or suite).

f. The price of the stay includes morning cleaning (at established times). It does NOT include: any extra cleaning, drinks, bar and minibar consumptions, restaurant consumptions not included in the offer, rentals and use of equipment unless explicitly stated in the offer, damages to people or things, and anything not expressly indicated in the offer.

  1. CHANGES TO BOOKING, CANCELLATIONS:

a. For cancellations or modifications to the booking within three days before the arrival date at the hotel or in case of no-show, the hotel reserves the right to charge the entire amount of the booked stay.

b. Refunds are not normally provided for the inability to occupy the accommodation during the booked period due to transportation difficulties, errors, other personal reasons, or even modifications such as early departures or delayed arrivals. The booked period will be charged in full in accordance with Art. 1385-1386 of the Italian Civil Code.

  1. STAY BALANCE:

a. The stay balance is due upon arrival during check-in, any guarantee provided through a credit card does not exempt the customer from payment. The requested pre-authorization will remain valid and as a guarantee for the entire stay and will be debited after departure following verification of the room, the regularity of the stay, as well as the balance of extras and the main conditions of the regulations, with possible charges in case of damages, thefts, extras not settled during check-out and/or early departure.

b. The pre-authorization will be automatically released after 30 days, as per banking regulations, in case you wish to release the amount in advance, it is necessary to request the procedure from the hotel via email subject to verification of point 5 section a. c. DEPOSIT AND VERIFICATION: before settling the account, it is possible to request the viewing of the bill and charges for verification. Any errors or omissions must be reported before issuing the bill.

d. ELECTRONIC INVOICE: if you require an invoice, please inform us promptly by providing us with the header information, address, tax code/VAT number, recipient code/PEC. Otherwise, we will issue a simple receipt and subsequent cancellation will not be possible.

e. ROOM BALANCE: The room balance must be paid upon arrival. It is possible to settle in cash for a maximum amount of €4,999.00 (subject to changes in cash payment laws) or with credit and debit cards. Please note that Traveler's Checks and personal or cashier's checks are not accepted.

f. EXTRA CONSUMPTIONS: At the time of check-out, consumption at the bar, minibar, and other extras not yet detected by hotel staff must be communicated.

g. UNDECLARED GUESTS: Any persons staying in the same room but not declared at the time of booking or upon arrival will be charged to the reservation holder at a rate 50% higher than the daily price, with the possibility for management and ownership to report all unauthorized persons found within the hotel to the Police authorities.

h. KEY LOSS CHARGE: The breakage of the key will be charged with a minimum amount of €10.00 for the duplicate. The loss of keys and/or suite keychains will be charged with a minimum amount of €20.00.

i. DAMAGE CHARGE: Guests are responsible and will be called upon to compensate for damages caused by them or by persons or animals under their responsibility. In case of missing linen, we will be forced to charge it to the account.

  1. CHECK-IN

a. ROOM DELIVERY: Room delivery is not scheduled before 3:00 PM (GMT+1), unless agreed otherwise. Please agree on the expected arrival time when booking. The keys will be delivered upon arrival after the personal data registration of the guest and the account balance settlement. If the room is ready before the check-in time, it will be assigned immediately, otherwise, it will be possible to leave the luggage with us.

b. IDENTITY DOCUMENTS: Guests must strictly present identification documents, including minors. Otherwise, the hotelier must refuse their accommodation (art.109 Public Security laws, as amended by art.7 point 2 of L.203/95). The manager will also present to each arriving customer a personal data declaration form that must be completed and signed (Public Security Law as amended: by art.7 n.4 of L.203/95).

c. ACCEPTANCE OF MINORS: Minimum age to rent a room: 18 years old. Unaccompanied minors will be accepted only if they have a release form signed by their parents (or whoever legally exercises their guardianship), with their contact details and a copy of their document.

d. CUSTOMER GUESTS: Any guests of customers staying in the hotel, even if temporary, must be agreed upon and reported to the reception and present an identification document. Their presence inside the hotel must be authorized by the management.

e. ROOM OCCUPANCY: Each accommodation can only be occupied by the number of people indicated for that specific housing unit, unless the customer requests to add another bed, also on the proposal of the reception staff. ALL the names of the occupants must be provided to the reception.

f. DATA PROCESSING: Our guests' data is processed in accordance with current privacy laws.

g. ROOM ASSIGNMENT: The choice and designation of the room type and category booked is entirely at the discretion of the Hotel Management, unless otherwise explicitly agreed in writing.

h. WELCOME POINT: The welcome point upon arrival is at the reception of the hotel.

i. ROOM INSPECTION: Please immediately report any damages, malfunctions, or issues that you might notice when checking in to your room. Any damages found subsequently will be charged to you.

  1. CHECK-OUT

a. ROOM RETURN: The rooms must be vacated by 10:00 AM (GMT+1), unless agreed otherwise. Please agree on the expected departure time when booking. Unauthorized extensions beyond this time will be considered as an extension of the stay and charged accordingly. The keys must be returned to the reception to the staff in charge, who will check for any items in use (to avoid disputes, we invite you to report any breakages, etc.).

b. LATE CHECK-OUT PENALTY: If the room is not vacated by 11:30 AM (the time required to clean the room), the customer will be charged the total cost of the room for a full day.

c. EARLY CHECK-OUT: In case of early departure before the end of the booked period, the customer must pay the full amount agreed upon at the time of booking. If, on the day of your departure (check-out), you plan to leave before 7.00 am, please kindly inform us the day before.

d. ACCOUNT SETTLEMENT: The bill should be requested and settled if possible the day before the departure if the customer leaves before the reception opens.

e. RETURN OF ITEMS: Please remember to check out by returning the keys and any cards or other equipment provided by the hotel (electric adapters, chargers, etc.).

f. LUGGAGE DEPOSIT: On the day of departure, you can leave your luggage with us.

  1. BEHAVIOR RULES DURING THE STAY

a. CLEANLINESS AND AVAILABILITY OF THE ROOM: The client is entitled to have the room starting from 3:00 pm on the agreed day of arrival. During the stay, the room will be available to guests except for 30 minutes between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm to allow for daily cleaning. If the customer does not want the room to be cleaned during the indicated time, they will lose the right to daily cleaning.

b. ACCESS TO OCCUPIED ROOMS BY HOTEL STAFF: If, in addition to normal access for cleaning, it is necessary for hotel staff to access an occupied room for maintenance or other reasons, or in case of significant changes to cleaning and service schedules, the hotel will inform guests of the need for staff to enter an occupied room.

c. GARBAGE DISPOSAL: Garbage must be collected in the appropriate collection bags located in the rooms and bathrooms of the rooms. It is not allowed to leave waste or anything else in common areas.

d. LINEN CHANGE: Linen change is scheduled every 3 days. For standard reservations, if expressly requested by the customer, it may also be daily, but will be considered an extra charge.

e. USE OF ROOMS AND BATHROOMS: - Any damage to furniture, furnishings, or equipment will be appropriately evaluated with the owners of the hotel for reimbursement. - Please do not slam the doors but accompany them. If you return to the room late, please close the door of your room gently so as not to disturb those who are already sleeping. - Inside the bedroom or bathroom, you will find everything you need: blankets, pillows, towels, personal hygiene products, etc. It is forbidden to take anything found in the rooms, bathrooms, or other internal areas of the hotel outside. - Please notify and deliver any lost or found items to the reception. - Also, whenever you leave the room, please close the door and check that the windows are well closed to avoid possible theft of valuables from the rooms. - WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IN ANY WAY FOR YOUR PROPERTY LEFT UNATTENDED IN THE ROOMS, so please do not leave valuable items unattended inside. A safe is installed in the room at your disposal, where you can leave small objects or money in custody.

f. NOTICES, RULES, AND PROHIBITIONS: SILENCE, ORDER, BEHAVIOR AND CONDUCT INSIDE THE HOTEL - Smoking is prohibited inside the premises. - The use of drugs is prohibited. - It is mandatory to respect the vegetation, terrain, hygiene, and cleanliness of all spaces. - It is not allowed to enter areas reserved for hotel staff. - It is not allowed to throw papers and waste outside of the appropriate bins. - It is not allowed to enter with weapons, knives, sticks, or blunt instruments. - Speaking loudly, shouting is not allowed. - From 10:00 pm, the acoustic volume should be kept moderate in all rooms. Please maintain a quiet behavior even in the corridors, stairs, and common areas.

  1. ANIMALS: DOGS, CATS, RABBITS, AND OTHER ANIMALS

a. The hotel accepts small and medium-sized pets upon request and confirmation from the hotel. For hygiene reasons and potential allergies from other guests, pets are only allowed in certain rooms and designated areas. The management reserves the right to accept the pet at their discretion and, in any case, if it is not in compliance with what the guest has declared.

b. The cost for the pet's stay is 10 euros per night, due to the need for more thorough cleaning of the room with appropriate detergents and sanitizers compared to normal cleaning.

c. The presence of the animal must be communicated during booking or check-in.

d. Pets must always be kept on a leash both inside the hotel and in the outdoor areas.

e. The client must be properly equipped for the well-being of their animal. The use of bed linen and towels for the animal (grooming, sleeping or other purposes) is strictly prohibited.

f. It is absolutely forbidden to allow the pet on the beds, armchairs, chairs, tables, etc.

g. It is absolutely forbidden to leave the pets alone in the rooms during the entire stay (day and night).

h. It is mandatory to comply with the vaccinations required by national and regional laws and with the mandatory marking (tattoo, chip).

i. The animal's behavior must be managed by the owner in such a way as not to disturb other guests. An animal that disturbs any customer or other person in the hotel must be calmed or removed upon request. Pet owners accept full responsibility for any damages that may be caused by their animals. All operations necessary to restore environmental hygiene in the rooms occupied by the animal are entirely the responsibility of the client. If traces (fur, excrement, or other) are found on the beds or linen, the client will be charged the value of the contaminated item.

j. The management reserves the right to terminate the Stay Contract at any time and without notice for those who do not comply with the above instructions.

  1. WI-FI:

a. All areas and rooms of Hotel Italia are covered by Wi-Fi service. The access code will be provided at the reception after the release of personal information and privacy release.

  1. HOURS:

a. Please respect the posted hours in order to use the services.

b. Upon arrival, room delivery will take place from 3:00 pm.

c. On departure, rooms must be vacated by 10:00 am.

d. Please communicate any scheduling needs different from those indicated here well in advance.

e. SERVICES: Please adhere to the posted hours. The establishment is not obligated to provide services outside of these hours, nor to reimburse unused services due to negligence or customer delay, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

f. HOTEL SERVICE HOURS: unless otherwise indicated on notices at the entrance of the restaurant area and at the reception: - Breakfast: 07:30 – 10:00 - Dinner: 19:30 – 21:30 - Front desk: 24H 7 days a week.

  1. ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT:

a. The hotel's electrical current is alternating current at 220 volts, so please check that your equipment is suitable for this type of current.

b. Electrical outlets are of the Italian type. Please bring adapters if your equipment has a different plug system.

c. The hotelier assumes no responsibility for any damage to equipment due to force majeure (sudden blackouts, voltage surges, etc.).

  1. SMOKING, FIRES, AND OPEN FLAMES:

a. THE HOTEL DOES NOT HAVE SMOKING ROOMS, THEREFORE SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED IN THE ENTIRE HOTEL, ESPECIALLY IN THE ROOMS.

b. Smoking, burning, and lighting candles in the rooms, hallways, and other areas is not allowed unless expressly authorized.

c. It is mandatory to inquire and be aware of fire safety regulations, equipment, and procedures to follow in case of fire.

e. It is absolutely prohibited to light any stove inside the rooms.

f. The use of open-flame equipment of any fuel type (burners, heaters, lamps, etc.) is prohibited throughout the hotel, including in the rooms.

  1. MEALS, HYGIENE, AND SAFETY

a. For hygiene and safety reasons, preparing meals in the rooms is not allowed.

b. Breakfast is consumed in the breakfast room.

c. Hotel guests are not allowed to bring food and beverages intended for breakfast to places other than the designated areas for the service (in the room or outside the structure).

  1. LIABILITY:

a. The hotel management is not responsible for the loss of objects and/or valuables of guests (each guest is responsible for diligently safeguarding their own property), damages resulting from force majeure and the nature of the thing (weather events, natural disasters, epidemics, diseases, falling trees or branches or products that fall within the nature of plants, wind gusts, damages or theft of cars in the parking area and in the structure's area). For no reason, discounts covering any actual or presumed failures resulting from the above-described events will be granted at the time of departure.
